Your dog needs to be at least 16 weeks old with all up to date required vaccinations. All final puppy vaccinations must be complete.
We do accept senior pups as well. It‘s great for healthy dogs of all ages to get mental stimulation and socialization. If your dog is over the age of ten or we recognize them to have health concerns, we might ask you to sign a senior pup health waiver.
As a reminder, you‘ll need to provide proof of your dog‘s complete and up-to-date vaccines for:
Recommended, but not required: Influenza vaccinations

We require each dog over 8 months of age to be spayed or neutered. Your dog can start attending Dogdrop when they are younger than 8 months, but must be spayed or neutered by 8 months to continue using Dogdrop.
Before your dog can start coming to Dogdrop, we need to meet them in person to see if Dogdrop is the right place for your dog. When you bring your dog in for a Good Fit Test, we‘ll evaluate how comfortable they are in our space, along with how they interact with our Droperators and other dogs. The test typically lasts between 1 to 2 hours, depending on how much time your dog needs to settle in and show us their true personality.
Prepare to spend about ten minutes talking to our Care Team when you drop off your dog during their Good Fit Test.

No. For your pup‘s first day at Dogdrop we recommend only 4 hours as it helps set them up for success. We want your dog to be successful and have a positive association with Dogdrop, so we do not want to over do it for their first day. Thank you for understanding.
To get started, we‘ll need some information about you and your dog, which you can provide here. we‘ll ask about your dog‘s history, some health information, and a few other things. The last step of the intake is booking an appointment to come in.
Now that your dog has passed, sign up for a membership and try us out for a free week (Los Angeles Locations only). The free week consists of 7 continuous days that are not to be broken up into 7 separate days or used for a later date. For example, if your dog‘s Good Fit Test is on January 1st, the last day of their free week would be January 7th, after which normal membership rates would begin. Please consider this when booking your Good Fit Test. The free week is to help you get an understanding of how Dogdrop fits into your schedule and to give your dog time to get used to a new routine and environment. Start with a few hours at a time and see how it goes from there! We reserve the right to politely enforce a time limitation with your dog‘s safety and happiness in mind. You won‘t be charged for your membership until the free week is up (like Netflix), so if you aren‘t happy at the end of the 7 days, just let us know and we‘ll stop your membership without charging your card.
In many instances, we‘re happy to give your dog another chance. We all have off days, and sometimes dogs just need more time to get comfortable in a daycare setting. We also offer training, which can help get your dog more comfortable with Dogdrop and get them ready for a group-dog environment. we‘ll let you at the end of your test if we recommend retesting. We require 30 days in between re-testing.
Sometimes, however, Dogdrop just isn‘t the right fit for your dog, and that‘s okay! It may be our space or the other dogs we have, or maybe your pup just isn‘t comfortable away from home. What‘s important to us is that your dog is in the right environment to thrive, which may not be Dogdrop. In that case, we‘re happy to help you find an alternative.

About our philosophy
Care means a lot of things, but to us it‘s about creating the right environment at Dogdrop to help dogs have the safest, cleanest, most engaging group dog experience possible. It‘s also about helping dog parents provide better care to their dogs at home, with our line of personal care products.
Our dedicated team of highly trained and CPR-certified Droperators actively engage with the pups throughout the day. Whether it's practicing cues, reinforcing positive behaviors, enjoying zen moments, or facilitating safe socialization, our team ensures constant interaction and care. Stay updated on the activities and experiences of the dogs during their visit by following our local store's social media channels.
We do AM and PM feedings. We offer house food for $5 or you can bring your pup‘s food in a pre portioned container labeled with their first and last name, preferred feeding time, and any additional instructions.
We do our best to respond to texts as soon as possible. Our priority is always on the dogs under our care, but we have invested in an amazing Member Care team to ensure parents outside are getting the experience they need as well. Due to the nature of our business, the best communication is via text.
