The Leptospirosis and K9 Influenza vaccinations are a recent addition to our required list because of the current breakout of those two infections in Los Angeles.
We do accept senior pups as well. It’s great for healthy dogs of all ages to get mental stimulation and socialization. If your dog is over the age of ten or we recognize them to have health concerns, we might ask you to sign a senior pup health waiver.
Now that your dog is in, you can try us out for a free week. The free week is to help you get an understanding of how Dogdrop fits into your schedule and to give your dog time to get used to this new routine. We recommend easing your dog in so they can get used to being in this new space. Start with a few hours at a time and see how it goes from there!
Your free week is a continuous 7 day trial that begins immediately after your dog’s Good Fit Test. It is not to be broken up in 7 separate days or used for a later date. Please consider this while booking your dog’s Good Fit Test. For example, if your dog’s Good Fit Test is on January 1st, their last day of their free trial would be January 7th and they need to sign up for a membership or pay a drop-in on January 8th. We also reserve the right to politely enforce a time limitation with your dog’s safety and happiness in mind.
In many instances, we’re happy to give your dog another chance. We all have off days, and sometimes dogs just need more time to get comfortable in a daycare setting. We also offer training, which can help get your dog more comfortable with Dogdrop and get them ready for a group-dog environment. We’ll let you at the end of your test if we recommend retesting. We require 30 days in between re-testing.
Sometimes, however, Dogdrop just isn’t the right fit for your dog, and that’s okay! It may be our space or the other dogs we have, or maybe your pup just isn’t comfortable away from home. What’s important to us is that your dog is in the right environment to thrive, which may not be Dogdrop. In that case, we’re happy to help you find an alternative.
We offer free curbside services. We recommend using curbside to offer you the most seamless drop-off and pick-up experience. You can easily text our number and we’ll pop out. Please text us five minutes before pick-up so we have time to get your pup ready (put their harness and leash on) and bring them out to you.
Our Arts District location does not offer free parking, but there is typically street parking readily available and there is also an on-site parking garage. The parking garage is managed by a third-party and we are not responsible for their rates.
No. Acceptance will be based on our Good Fit Test evaluation.
Our Arts District location is indoors, but is designed to be open, airy, and have plenty of natural light. We believe indoor care is the safest for the dogs, and they get plenty of exercise and stimulation from being in a group dog environment.
We currently offer training and will be offering grooming starting mid 2022.
Yes! We would love to host your next event! You can book here and/or text us to learn more about private events.

Care means a lot of things, but to us it’s about creating the right environment at Dogdrop to help dogs have the safest, cleanest, most engaging group dog experience possible. It’s also about helping dog parents provide better care to their dogs at home, with our line of personal care products.
Our highly trained and CPR certified Droperators engage with the pups consistently throughout the day. You can find us practicing cues, reinforcing positive behaviors, having a zen moment, and socializing.
We do AM and PM feedings. We offer house food for $5 or you can bring your pup’s food in a pre portioned container labeled with their first and last name, preferred feeding time, and any additional instructions.
We do our best to respond to texts as soon as possible. Our priority is always on the dogs under our care, but we have invested in an amazing Member Care team to ensure parents outside are getting the experience they need as well. Due to the nature of our business, the best communication is via text. Our Arts District location phone number is (213) 314-5499.
We have room for many personalities, and will work with your pup on his/her social skills. You might be surprised at how they do in the right social environment. In some cases, we might recommend another alternative.
We strive to be as sustainable as possible in everything we do, particularly when it comes to reducing waste in our services and using all natural and full circle products.
