These terms apply to text messages from DogDrop, Inc., doing business as Dogdrop, and your location’s care team. They are part of our Terms of Service.

What we text

Service texts: updates about your dog and visits, photos, vaccine reminders, account, billing and booking messages.
Marketing texts: offers, events and news, only if you separately opt in. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of purchase.

Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or email admin@dogdrop.co or call (510) 925-2142.
Care-team numbers are for texting only and don’t take calls.
Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our texting provider processes messages only to deliver them for us. See our Privacy Policy for more.
